1. Use of Product

WakeWatch is designed to assist with skier-down flag automation but does not replace a legal spotter or absolve the boat driver of their responsibility to comply with all local boating laws and safety requirements. The user is responsible for ensuring proper operation and compliance.

2. Warranty & Liability

WakeWatch includes a 90-day limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover misuse, modifications, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or environmental damage. WakeWatch is provided "as is," and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law. We are not liable for any damages resulting from product failure, improper installation, or use in violation of local laws.

3. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if the product is unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective. Refunds will be issued after inspection.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WakeWatch and its affiliates are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including injury, property damage, or legal penalties arising from product use. Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

5. Compliance & User Responsibility

Users must comply with all applicable laws and boating regulations. WakeWatch does not guarantee compliance with any specific state or national requirements. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure adherence to boating safety laws.

6. Updates & Modifications

WakeWatch reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the product after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
